Like many of you, I have those days when dinner (or supper if you live in my area of the South) needs to come together fairly easily and quickly. This Farfalle with Ham, Peas, Asparagus and Greens I created for Petit Jean Meats fits that bill perfectly. It’s just one of those meals that is super filling and satisfying and, yet, is also a delicious mouthful.
