I have been working with my friends at Riceland Foods to update and photograph some of their recipe posts, and I have to tell you that I’m thoroughly enjoying doing it. You all know how much I love supporting our Arkansas producers and products, but I especially love doing so when I really believe in their philosophy.
Riceland is a cooperative of rice farmers from across Arkansas and the rice-growing region. I’m a real believer in the products I use, such as Riceland Rice Bran Oil (hopefully coming soon to a grocery store near you) and, of course, their different rice varieties.
My most recent post involved rice and crawfish. Oh my goodness, y’all. This is so good:) While I used it as a stuffing for bell peppers, you could just as easily serve is as a casserole.
I hope you’ll head on over to the Riceland blog and give Cajun Rice Stuffed Bell Peppers a try.

I always chose Riceland Rice out of Arkansas pride. My son brought home to many crawdads for me to get past the ugh factor, but my mother and I enjoyed traditional stuffed peppers, which also used rice. I always think of her when I see them.
I’m sure crawfish lovers would enjoy this recipe though.
