One of the dishes featured on my recent segment on THV11 This Morning was this Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Strawberry Salsa. It just doesn’t get any easier than this entree and it’s sure to become a favorite at your house.
With strawberries in abundance right now in Arkansas, we are taking full advantage of the season. There’s Strawberry Freezer Jam and Strawberry-Habanero Jam in abundance. I’ve made loaves and loaves of Strawberry Bread with Strawberry Butter to share and to freeze. Strawberry Cake — well, of course. And I just feast on Strawberry Spinach Salad any chance I get just before loving all over a piece of Fresh Strawberry Pie (the best you will EVER eat).
But this Strawberry Salsa is such a treat and works exceptionally well with pork tenderloin and grilled chicken. You really must give it a try.
