For the sake of our waistlines, I don’t always have dessert at every meal. When I do, however, it’s most likely something made with dark chocolate since I’m a dark chocolate lover. This blender version of pots de creme couldn’t be easier either. It makes four generous servings which could be made into six, but why would you want to do that? My theory is if you’re gonna’ splurge, then do it up right!
This is seriously good stuff and once you give it a try, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Thanks Debbie, I just saved this recipe to try out. I am putting together a dinner party for my church group at 28 Springs in Siloam Springs. We are pre-ordering and one of the dessert items is a pot de creme! It will be the first time I have ever had one. Great timing!
