For a very easy and delicious slow cooker candy I hope you will give this Crockpot Chocolate Cashew Clusters a try. I’m thinking about making them this weekend but substituting in some dark chocolate for the milk chocolate since I’m a big dark chocolate fan.
I have a very nice fondue pot, but I don’t often use it for desserts. I just use my steady friend, the slow cooker. This Crockpot Chocolate Fondue is fun to do for both kids and adults and the slow cooker makes an easy way to keep the heat controlled. I substitute 9 ounces of dark chocolate for half of the semisweet chocolate, but that is to suit my taste.
And you thought Crock Pot cooking was all about soups and stews!
